موضوع المناقصة : شراء وتوريد وتركيب وتشغيل احتياجات وتجهيزات مشروع Packet Transport Network (PTN) في طبقةACCESS مع توريد وتركيب وتشغيل نظام التحكم والمراقبة مع التدريب وشراء وتوريدوتوريد وتركيب وتشغيل تجهيزات مشروع الـ Packet Optical Transport System (P-OTS) والتجهيزات اللازمة لتوفير خدمات الـ Packet في مواقع شبكة التراسل Aggregation لتلبية طلبات LTE,MSAN,NGN وغيره مع إستيعاب قنوات الـ TDM العاملة مع التدريب.
تفاصيل المناقصة :

The Public Telecommunication Corporation, (PTC), invites Interested  bidders to bid for the following Tender, No. (02/2017), for the supply of  P-OTS and PTN Projects Equipment. self –financed from the Investment Program for 2017:

 (Bidders may participate in one or both groups, it is not a condition that the two groups must be awarded to only one qualified bidder).

Bidders should submit a written application during working hours to:

Contracts & Tender Section in the General Department for Procurement & Stores

Republic of Yemen, Sana'a, The Public Telecommunication Corporation (PTC) HQ, in Al-Jiraff, Airport Road

The bid Document can be obtained for a non-refundable fee as mentioned above.

The deadline for the purchase of Tender Document is 21/082017

§   Tenders shall be submitted in a red-wax sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the PTC, project name, tender number ,and the name of the bid, together with the following documents:

1)     A bank guarantee as per the enclosed format in the Tender Document, or certified cheque, according to the above table valid for a period of (150) days from the date of the bid opening.

2)       A copy of valid registration certificate.

3)       A copy of valid sales tax certificate +tax card.

4)       A copy of insurance card + Zakat Card.

5)       A copy of practicing license.

 

Foreign companies providing legal documents as above-mentioned issued by their countries or equivalent and shall be exempted from providing Zakat Card.

 

The deadline for receipt of tenders and opening of envelops is at 11 a.m. on 27/08/2017 Any bids received after this deadline shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the bidder.

§   The opening of envelops shall be at the Procurement & Stores Opening Hall (third floor) in the address indicated above, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives.

Interested bidders can obtain information about the Tender Document, before buying it, during working hours for the permitted period allowed for the sale of the Tender Document (forty days) from the date of publication of the first announcement.
